Your Vivify account lets you easily manage your bookings, payment, and account details whenever you need to.

Step 1
From the Vivify homepage click on ‘Login’ in the top right corner.
Step 2
Type your verified email and secure password into the form below and click sign in. You will then be able to access all of your bookings, make payments and updated your account details.
Forgotten your password?
Step 1
Can’t remember your Vivify account password? No problem, simply click ‘Forgot your password?’
Step 2
You will then be directed to the form below; enter you email address into the empty text box and click ‘send reset link’.
Step 3
If your email is registered then the message ‘we have emailed your password reset link’ will appear and an email will be sent to the inbox of your registered email address.
Please note that this reset link will only last 60 minutes before it expires.
If your email isn’t registered the pop up ‘we can’t find a user with that email address’ will appear. Follow our quick and easy guide on how to create an account.
Step 4
You will receive the email below into your inbox. This reset link will last 60 minutes before it expires. If this times out, simply follow the steps above again.
Reset your password by clicking on the ‘reset password’ button.
Step 5
You will then be taking to new page where you will see the form below. To reset your password, type in your new password in the first box and then confirm it in the second. Click the ‘reset password’ button.
Your new password will now be active, and you can log back in to your account!
