How do I create an account?

Your Vivify account lets you easily manage your bookings, payment, and account details whenever you need to. To create your account following the 5 simple steps below.

Please note, only one log in is available for each account. Therefore, we recommend using a shared email and secure password if multiple people will be using the account.

Step 1

From the Vivify homepage click on ‘Login’ in the top right corner.

Step 2

From here you will be directed to the sign in page. To create a new account, select ‘create account’.

Step 3

Type in your name, email address and create a memorable password. If more than one person will be using this account, we recommend using a secure password which can be shared between you.

Read the COVID risk assessment details and tick the box on the left. Once the form is completed, click ‘create account’.

Step 4

Once your account has been created you will receive a verification email in the inbox of the email account you registered with. Click on the verification button to verify your email address.

Step 5

Finally, log in to your account to access all your bookings, payments and update your personal details.
